Article Submission

Explanation of fields:
    KB Article Title - The title of the article, limited to 50 characters
    File Link Text - Text that is displayed as a link to a file that the visitor may view or download
        File to be linked - The filename of the file that will be attached to the article
    Short Summary - Enter the text in the text block or provide a text file (.txt) containing the information
        Short Summary File - The filename of a file containing the text that will be displayed in the "Short Summary" field
    Article Content - Enter the text in the text block or provide a text file (.txt) containing the information
        Article Content File - The filename of a file containing the text that will be displayed in the "Content" field

Note: Text files may include html coding tags, such as <b>..</b> for bold, <i>..</i> for italic, etc.
